UCS Pickup & Delivery Schedule 2027
Really good cheese deserves a date on your calendar.
Our Ultimate Cheese Subscription boxes follow a monthly schedule centred on the first Friday. When you receive your cheese box depends on where you’re located:
- In-Store Pickup & Guelph Delivery: First Friday of the month.
- Delivery Outside Guelph: Thursday before the first Friday.
Holidays occasionally shift these dates. Check the calendar below, and bookmark this page so you’ll always know when your next cheese box is coming.

*Holiday Adjustments
- January: All dates move 1 week later for New Year’s Day.
- July: Delivery outside Guelph moves to July 8 because of Canada Day. In-store pickup and Guelph delivery remain on July 2.
- October: Delivery outside Guelph moves to October 7 because of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. In-store pickup and Guelph delivery remain on October 1.
We’ll send an email reminder before each pickup or delivery. Occasionally, weather or courier disruptions may require a change to help your cheese box arrive fresh. We’ll let you know if your date changes.
Going to Be Away?
We’re happy to pause your subscription until you return. Pay-as-you-go subscriptions can also be cancelled at any time.
