5 stars - perfect gift!

I can’t wait to give my friend this gift card for her birthday, she will love it. I also wanted to make sure to leave a 5 star review bc the one star review pulling down your average isn’t fair. Love the way you handled that situation though, ain’t nobody got time for that ;)

Don’t understand the customer is always right .. too bad it was my favourite cheese shop

Ordered online and left a message for the store owner to deliver to another email address with a gift card .. instead they sent it to me .. why did I bother .. my time is valuable too !! Instead I was dismissed by the shop .. very disappointing .. I will take the time to let them know as usually they are excellent for customer service !!!

Despite being very explicit about how a digital product like this works, we understand customers can occasionally miss the details and will do our best to accommodate their needs. However, that accommodation ends when a customer becomes rude and abusive, as was the case here. We simply will not tolerate this behaviour. In this case, the order was cancelled, a full refund issued immediately, and the customer was told we would no longer deal with them.
