Issues with Your Order
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if anything doesn't seem right or you don't appear to have received the items you ordered. We'll figure things out and work to make things right as quickly as possible .
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on event tickets, special orders, subscriptions, gift cards, or items that have already been cut to order.
In addition, refunds will not be issued for items that were fulfilled as ordered and without defect.
Time Limitation
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your goods to request a return. To be eligible for a return, you'll need to provide the receipt, order confirmation email, or proof of purchase.
