An Update to Our Shipping Rates
We love sending good cheese your way. The cost of getting it to your door, however, has climbed considerably.
Our shipping rates changed on November 3. Nobody enjoys paying more for delivery, so we want to explain what’s behind the change.
Good Cheese Needs Extra Care
Every shipped order gets an insulated liner and a cold pack to help keep your cheese in good condition on its journey. We ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to help avoid orders sitting in a courier depot over the weekend.
You’ve chosen some lovely cheese, and we want it to arrive ready to enjoy.
Why Rates Have Changed
Our main courier’s fuel surcharge has risen from 34.5% in April to 55% this month.
Earlier this year, our shipping fees covered about two-thirds of what it cost us to pack and ship an order. The new rates are set to cover those costs, including the packaging that helps protect your cheese along the way.

Rates are before tax. Bagel subscriptions follow regular order rates. Your exact delivery options and fees are determined by your postal code and will appear at checkout before you are charged.
Already a Subscriber?
If you have a prepaid subscription, your shipping fee isn’t changing.
If your pay-as-you-go cheese or bagel subscription ships by courier, we’ll email you this week with the details. The new shipping rates will apply to renewals starting November 24.
