A firm cheese with a warm grassy scent, the interior is wonderfully smooth and creamy with slightly tangy and complex umami flavours.

Wrangeback is a rare find in Canada. It is the oldest cheese brand in Sweden.

Wheels are washed with brine and aged 18-30 months.

In 2018, Wrångebäck cheese won the Silver at the World Cheese Awards held in Bergen, Norway.
