Alfred le Fermier Grand Cru adds fruit, caramel, and a gently woodsy washed rind. Wildwood brings brown butter, toasted nuts, and alpine-style richness, while Black Garlic Manchego shifts the board darker, with deep sweet umami that lines up beautifully with the whisky’s caramelized side.

Together, it feels warm, full, and very complete. The cheeses soften the spice, deepen the oak and caramel notes, and give the whisky a broader, more savoury frame.
