Traditional Straight brings sweet citrus, baking spice, caramel, and toasted oak. Alfred le Fermier meets it with a supple paste, notes of fruit and caramel, and a gently woodsy washed rind.

Together, the cheese deepens the caramel and softens the spice, while the aromatic rind connects back to the oak and keeps everything in balance.
