Our namesake cheese, Tomme de Savoie is a raw cow milk cheese from the French Alps. This rustic beauty has the aroma of wet hay and lovely earthy flavour notes. The paste is firm but pleasantly pliable.
Pair with Merlot, crisp whites such as Chenin Blanc, and Farmhouse Ales.

With your comments in mind, we'll continue our efforts to make everyone feel welcome. WRT to our pricing, it isn't really a matter of marketing. Rather, our prices reflect the cost of carrying a thoughtfully-currated selection of outstanding and often hard-to-find artisanal cheeses. That's the niche we're passionate about but we totally understand it doesn't suit everyone's budget.
