Buttery, savoury and beautifully rounded, Stithians has remarkable depth and a lingering, cheddar-like finish. Think of it as Yarg’s mature cousin.

It comes from Lynher Dairies, the Cornish cheesemakers behind the beloved Cornish Yarg. With age, Yarg’s bright, yogurty character gives way to something richer and deeper.

British cheese is exceptionally difficult to secure right now, making Stithians a particularly rare arrival. This is the sleeper hit of the batch—we’re calling it now.

Made with pasteurized cow’s milk.
