Tickets: La Station Cheese Tasting + Q&A

Join us Friday, July 11, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. for a special evening with Fromagerie La Station de Compton—right here in Guelph! 

We’re excited to welcome friend-of-the-shop Catherine Durand from La Station, one of our favourite producers in Quebec’s Eastern Townships. Cathy's an absolute delight and has hands-on experience working with the Bolduc family, doing everything from feeding and milking the cows to making the iconic raw-milk, organic cheese.

Cathy will provide a fascinating look into artisanal cheesemaking in Canada. Best of all, she will guide us through a tasting, featuring award-winning cheeses like Raclette de Compton au Poivre, Alfred le Fermier, Chemin Hatley, PLUS a very special cheese not available anywhere except at La Station itself.

Along with the cheese, you'll enjoy a glass of wine, snacks, maple treats, and a Q&A session.

Limited to 30 guests. Must be 19+.

NOTE: There are actually no physical or digital tickets. You will receive a purchase confirmation. All you'll need to do is give us your name when you arrive for the event and we'll check it against the guest list.
