A pure expression of malt, this Single Malt Whisky is distilled from 100% Canadian barley using Scottish-made equipment—crafted right here in Guelph. It’s a clean, focused style that lets the grain speak clearly, with a gentle nod to classic Scotch traditions.

The nose opens soft and inviting, with butterscotch, fresh malt, and a touch of dried fruit. On the palate, it leans into sweetness without becoming heavy—think candied apple, poached pear, and a creamy note that rounds everything out. The finish is light and lingering, with floral tones, fresh linen, and a thread of sticky honey.
