Shropshire Blue

Traditionally made and carefully matured, this creamy and mellow blue cheese is a cross between Stilton and Cheshire cheeses. This Blue Shropshire is a rich orange in colour with distinctive blue veining, and a golden crust. This Shropshire is made by Colston Basset especially for Neal's Yard Dairy. 

Best accompanied by a good brown Ale or a rich fortified wine such as Port.
