Foraged by expert truffle hunters in the forests of Italy, these fresh Périgord truffles (Tuber melanosporum) are flown across the Atlantic and delivered directly to our store at peak season.

Exceptionally aromatic, they release heady notes of garlic, toasted nuts, and forest floor. On the palate, their flavour is rich, earthy, and deeply savoury—capable of transforming even the simplest dish into something unforgettable.

Périgord truffles shine when paired with creamy, comforting foods: risotto, baked brie, fettuccine Alfredo, and cream sauces. They are equally at home shaved over plain pasta, potatoes, eggs, or lobster, where their complexity can truly take centre stage.

Which size is right for you?

Trying fresh truffle for the first time?
A small 20 g truffle is fine for discovering what makes Périgord truffle special. Lightly shaved over pasta, eggs, or risotto, it’s enough to add flavour to a dish and share the experience together.

Cooking for two?
The 30 g size is the optimal choice. It's generous enough to enjoy freely across a meal, without feeling precious or restrained—perfect for a romantic dinner at home.

Entertaining or going all in?
Larger sizes (40 or 60 g) are chosen when truffle is the centrepiece: multiple dishes, guests at the table, or simply an unforgettable, truffle-forward evening.

Because truffles are a wild, natural product, each one is unique. The listed weight refers to the truffle’s weight at the time of shipment and may vary slightly.
