Piave is a hard, crystalline cheese similar to Parmigiano-Reggiano but with more natural sweetness, and hints of tropical fruit and almonds. 

If you're a fan of aged Gouda or Parmigiano-Reggiano, this is a must try.

Great cheese, but it didn’t get included in my order

I love Piave, but even though it showed as in stock when I order it, it wasn’t included in my order. I was VERY disappointed.
