La Madelaine

A soft bloomy rind cheese that's beautifully rich & low in lactose because it's made from sheep milk. It has summery aromas of hay, a silky texture, and delicate milky flavours with a touch of lanolin. The cheesemaker named her creation after an ancestor who immigrated to Quebec from France in 1634.
