Etivaz is a rare and exquisitely flavourful Swiss cheese.
Limited amounts of Etivaz are made in the Alps each summer. Its strong & unique flavour can be chalked up to the cows’ diet of wildflowers, the open wood fires over which the milk is cooked, and the massive copper cauldrons in which it is made.
