A fresh and tangy cheese made using whole milk from the Golspie Dairy family farm.
It's similar to cream cheese, but even more spreadable with very smooth texture. It's quite nice on a bagel. Or it can be used in place of cream cheese, sour cream, or crème fraîche in your favourite recipes.
