A bold, grain-forward rye that leans into both structure and depth, The Cooper’s Rye Whisky is distilled from 100% Canadian rye and aged in virgin Canadian oak—crafted right here in Guelph. It’s a fuller style, with a bit more weight and edge, but still well composed.
The nose brings a savoury note of worn leather alongside hints of stone fruit. On the palate, it opens bright with tart cherry and blackberry before settling into charred oak and warming spice. The finish lingers with toasted almond and a dry, nutty echo that keeps things grounded.
