An organic, raw cow-milk beauty from Fromagerie La Station in the Eastern Townships of Quebec. Comtomme is semi-soft in texture. The flavours are mild-yet-complex, buttery and just a little fruity.

As a tribute to Tomme de Savoie, it's got French Alpine elegance with a Québécoise accent.
