Meet Blu '61, a beautiful wine-soaked Italian blue topped with cranberries. So much to love!

The moderately veined, creamy interior is the perfect pairing with the fruity Raboso Passito wine that infuses the exterior. Add the sweet-tart flavour of the crans and you have a delicious & well-balanced after-dinner (or anytime!) cheese.

Great with dessert wines.
