Mouthwatering Canadian-made artisanal panettone bursting with the flavour of candied Quebec strawberries, two types of vanilla, and chocolate infused with strawberry powder.
Each of these scrumptious panettone is 500 g. For comparison, this is more manageable than the big 1 kg loaves sold during the holidays and it’s the perfect size for sharing.
Producer Viva Panettone of Montreal is the only facility in the Canada capable of baking authentic panettone. They use a sourdough “mother” from Italy which is well over 100 years old to produce each of their panettone!
