Farmhouse Manchego - 12 Month Old

Spain's most famous sheep cheese from the wilds of the La Mancha region.

This particular Manchgo is denoted as a "farmhouse" cheese because the sheep are raised on the same property where the cheese is produced. This gives the producer full control over the quality of milk. The result is an exceptionally flavourful and rich cheese that will spoil you for mass-produced Manchegos. 

Unpasteurized.
