A very flavourful cave-aged Alpine cheese from Switzerland with added cream to create a marvelous melt-in-your-mouth texture.
Kaltbach means “cold river” and takes its name from the Kaltbach River which runs through the aging caves, keeping the temperature at a constant 12.5 degrees Celsius and the humidity at 94%, perfect for affinage (cheese aging).
Sold in ~200 g or ~300 g wedges. (Note: product photos are not intended to depict any particular size wedge.)
