La Tur

Creamy, rich, and tangy, La Tur is a spectacular soft Italian cheese made from a blend of cow, sheep, and goat milk.

This one's a rite of passage for diehard cheese lovers.

La Tur has a buttery and rich taste with some earthy funk from the edible mold rind and a little acidic tang from the goat’s milk.

This cheese is so delicate its only aged 10-15 days and then flown in direct from Italy—it wouldn't survive the long ocean voyage most cheeses take from Europe.
