Favourite cheese of all time

The best of all triple cream brie cheese. I prefer mine slightly 'fresh' with more mushroomy notes - as it ages, it can get more barnyard-ish. Overall, an amazing cheese - get it with a baguette and some crabapple jelly and you're set.
