Canada has banned many unpasteurized cow and buffalo milk cheeses from Switzerland, France, Spain, Greece & Italy, due to a cattle-disease outbreak.
This affects the availability of favourites including Brie de Meaux, Morbier, Tomme de Savoie, Vacherin Mont d'Or, and Tête de Moine.
We'll bring back these cheeses the moment we can, but the restrictions are expected to last many months.
Cinco Jotas 100% Jamón Ibérico is widely regarded as the pinnacle of cured ham. Made from 100% pure Iberian pigs, this acorn-fed bellota jamón comes from the oak woodlands of Jabugo, Spain.
The pigs roam free, feeding naturally on acorns, roots, and wild herbs, producing a ham of remarkable depth, sweetness, and silky texture. Slowly and naturally cured, each slice delivers profound savoury complexity with a lingering finish.
