Choco 21

Italy has some of the most interesting takes on blue cheese.

Choco 21 is a semi firm blue that’s been soaked in chocolate liqueur and rolled in cocoa powder. You’ll get sweet flavours from the liqueur which balance beautifully with the savoury and slight spicy notes of the cheese. A great dessert cheese.

Try pairing with oaked Chardonnay, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Prosecco, IPA, or Belgian Strong Ale
