UCS Pickup & Delivery Schedule 2026
To keep everything fresh and predictable, Ultimate Cheese Subscription boxes follow a set monthly schedule.
Subscription box preparation at TOMME revolves around the first Friday of each month. We select the best courier for each region across Ontario and the rest of Canada, so delivery timing depends on where you’re located:
- In-Store Pickup: Ready for pickup on the first Friday of the month.
- Guelph Delivery: Delivered locally on the first Friday of the month.
- GTHA (Whitby to Hamilton) Delivery: Arrives the Thursday before the first Friday.
- Rest of Ontario & Canada Delivery: Arrives the Wednesday after the first Friday.
Occasionally we need to adjust the schedule due to holidays. These adjustments are reflected in the chart below. We recommend bookmarking this page for easy reference.

Note: In rare circumstances, this schedule may change due to unforeseen conditions to ensure your subscription box is as fresh as possible. We send subscribers an email reminder before each pickup or delivery.
Skipping, Pausing, or Cancelling
If you’re going to be out of town during your scheduled delivery, we’re happy to pause your subscription until you return. Pay-as-you-go subscriptions can also be cancelled at any time. Simply email us at info@tomme.ca.
