We’re thrilled to invite you to TOMME this Thursday for a special visit from Stefano Corrocher, joining us in person from Italy.

Stefano is our man in Italy—the source behind some of our most unique and exciting cheeses, including Occelli in Chestnut Leaves, La Tur, and Piccolo Fiore di Bufala al Tartufo. More than that, he is deeply passionate, incredibly knowledgeable, and always in search of exceptional producers making cheese with skill, care, and tradition.

On Thursday afternoon, Stefano will be in the shop sharing samples of brand new cheeses he has just begun importing. He’ll also be meeting customers one on one and talking about what makes these cheeses, and the people behind them, so special.

This is a rare chance to taste something new, ask questions, and meet one of our favourite cheese personalities in person.

We’ll also have limited quantities of these cheeses available to purchase, so if you taste something you love, you may be able to bring some home.
