Etivaz is an exquisite seasonal Swiss cheese.
Limited amounts of this traditional cheese are made in the Alps each summer. Its unique and thoroughly nuanced flavour can be chalked up to the cows’ diet of wildflowers, the open wood fires over which the milk is cooked, and the copper cauldrons in which it is made.
