Vezzena di Lavarone di Magla

As a Slow Food Presidio cheese, this cheese is produced using milk from local cattle breeds and old traditional methods. The result is a hard & dense cheese with delicate aromas of grass and wild flowers. Full-flavoured with a slight spiciness. The rind is inedible.
