A soft, surface-ripened cow milk cheese enriched with extra cream. Made from pasteurized milk and aged two to three weeks, it develops a delicate, fluffy white rind and a centre that turns supple and spoonable as it matures.
The aromas are fresh and buttery with gentle mushroom notes from the rind. The texture is lush and silky. Expect sweet cream, cultured butter, and a mild earthy finish. It’s rich, but not heavy.
