Top Shelf Preserves Maraschino Cherries

Our friend Sara at Top Shelf employs a delighfully light touch in her version of the classic maraschino cherry.

These are not the harsh-red, super-sugary banana-split toppers you might be used to. Top Shelf's Maraschino Cherries are all natural and lightly sweetened, intended for cocktails and sophisticated desserts.

Made with Ontario sour cherries, 30-45 per jar in a light syrup.
