Heavenly small-batch preserves in delightfully creative flavour combinations. Made in copper kettles using traditional cooking methods, these spreads are produced by a small family-owned business in South Langley, British Columbia.
Orchard Pear & Pinot Noir
Very at home on a cheese board, especially next to a soft cheese. Also excellent as a tart filling combined with chocolate ganache.
Fig & Walnut Wine
Figs blended with our own D’oro fortified walnut wine, made with green walnuts grown on the farm. Great with blue cheese and proscuitto.
Pink Grapefruit & Champagne
Delightful with mild and soft cheeses such as Brie and Brebirousse d'Argental. Also ideal with buttermilk biscuits.
Blueberry & Bourbon
Delicious with firm and flavourful cheeses such as Louis d'Or or Alfred le Fermier. Works beautifully with cured game meats and terrines, too!
