This was recommended to us when we were in the store last, and is a cheese we will need to keep on hand all the time moving forward. It is perfect for everything - on crackers, on a burger, on it's own!!
This is the creamiest, crumbliest, edgiest all-rounder Welsh cheddar I've come across. I think this cheese might be my white whale: it's got that super gooey-meltiness and perfect *ORANJ CHEEZ* flavour that gives me alll the nostalgic ecstasy I've only reached before through Velveeta. Absolutely divine on smashburgers, classic mac n' cheese, grilled cheese, breakfast sandwiches... I'll be back for this special baby again and again.
