Uovo di Capra is a Robiola, a type of cheese originating in Piedmont, Italy, known for its luxuriously soft, tangy, and delicately crumbly texture. Made with raw milk, this cheese boasts complex earthy and mushroom flavours. The playful "yolk" in the middle is colored with saffron, adding to the unique experience.

It was delicious. Smooth and creamy with an intense flavour. Not overpowering. Recommend!

The Uovo di Capra was delicious, it really does look like a hard boiled egg! But tastes much better!
