Had the small portion of the mac & cheese for dinner with my parents tonight and we loved it! We stopped by the shop on the way back from a downtown market as we needed a quick dinner.
Popped this in the oven at 400F for 20 minutes and it came out perfectly, not too scalding to eat but just right.
One of my big Mac & cheese drawbacks is feeling super heavy and lethargic after finishing it, but this dish didn't have me feeling that way. It was rich, the cheese was great, and it wasn't overwhelming. Also really enjoyed the breadcrumbs.

My first time trying the prepared Munch Eats.
Positives first: portion size was big, veggies and halloumi were cooked perfectly. Negatives: not enough veggies and too much couscous and unfortunately I didn’t like the taste of the drizzle.

The sauce is rich and flavorful; the lemon is exactly the right bit of kick to liven up the whole experience; and Mads is very generous with the cheese! Highly recommended 🤩
