This exquisitely dark and rich Jamón Ibérico (Iberico ham) comes from Spanish pigs that are 50% pure Iberian breed and fed a very specific diet of grass, grains, and acorns which imparts the unique, world-renowned flavour.
The ham itself has been cured and aged for a minimum of 24 months in Spain. Each piece has been hand sliced by Spanish master ham carvers. (Yes, this is a profession and requires years of training!)
