Producer Viva Panettone of Montreal is the only facility in the Canada capable of baking authentic panettone. They use a sourdough “mother” from Italy which is well over 100 years old to produce each of their panettone!
For the cost, I expected much better. The Panettone I purchase at the grocery store is much more flavourful and cheaper. I will not buy this again.
