Challerhocker

Chällerhocker (pronounced "hawler-hocker") is an unpasteurized, semi-hard cheese from the Swiss Alps. It's based on the classic Appenzeller recipe, but before its 8 months minimum aging it is washed with wine and spices. The result is a delicious, intensely flavoured cheese that will have you hooked.

Sold in approximately 150 g or 300 g wedges. (Note: product photos are not intended to depict any particular size wedge.)
