A eyecatching and deliciously sweet addition to any cheese board—especially if it contains tangy goat-milk or blue cheeses. 

To extract the raw honey, simply cut off a piece of the comb, pop it in your mouth, and chew. You can eat the remaining wax or discretely spit it into a napkin.
