Brigid's Brie (Wheel)

A soft surface ripened cheese made with cow's milk. Each batch is aged six weeks and is delicately handled to preserve its creamy centre. 

Can be enjoyed on it's own or with a flavoured jelly such as red pepper jelly. 

It's also a perfect size and format for making a mouthwatering baked brie.
