Using traditional methods, this cheese is only made in alpine chalets above 1,500 meters above sea level with the milk from a single herd of cows.
Legendary gourmand, Brillat-Savarin called this cheese the "Prince of Gruyères." And who are we to argue when this elegant cheese delivers a delicately fruity aroma, sweet flavours of cream, and a slight nutty finish? Long live the prince!
Sold in ~150 g or ~200 g wedges. (Note: product photos are not intended to depict any particular size wedge.)
