Amanti Whisky Gouda

Amanti Whiskey Gouda is a full-fat Dutch Gouda with a smooth, creamy texture and a beautifully balanced whisky character. It’s inspired by Frysk Hynder Whisky from Frisia, but don’t expect anything boozy or overpowering. The whisky is mild, mellow, and woven right into the cheese.

The flavour is soft and round, with gentle notes of vanilla, malt, wood, and warm spice. There’s a subtle whisky warmth, but the cheese stays front and centre. It’s the kind of flavoured Gouda that wins people over because nothing feels forced.
