What a great way to sample and broaden my favourite base. I would not have selected any of the Explorer pack, and now I’ll be adding 2 of the 3 to a regular rotation. Cheers!

Lunch on the patio

Four people shared the sampler. All cheeses were very yummy. Favourite was Avonlea Clothbound Cheddar very close second was Fromager d’Affinois (this was first choice for one person). Alfred le Fermier was last choice but still delicious!
