This wild fermented cider from Revel has gentle acidity, soft salinity, and deep apple-skin aromas intermingling with subtle wildflowers. The natural russeting process adds body and that familiar hint of russet nuttiness.

Recognizable for those that enjoy classic French or English style ciders. It's simplicity is a refreshing diversion from some of Revel's funkier offerings.
