An extremely rare and wonderfully soft cheese from a tiny producer in the Italian Alps. 

This washed-rind small-format cheese has a delightful flavour that fully embraces its Alpine origins—elegant and fragrant with a delightful long-lasting aftertaste that leaves you wanting just one more bite.

Steiner has a true sense of place. All through the summer, the Brown Swiss cattle that produce the milk for this cheese graze in wild Alpine pastures and forests. In the winter, they get a strictly hay diet.

This cheese is made with raw, unpasteurized milk, so the unique flavours of the land remain pure and unaffected.
