This Appenzeller is made with raw milk and aged just 3-4 months. The result is a firm, sweet, slightly spicy, and wonderfully aromatic cheese that can be enjoyed on its own or used in cooking, such as fondue or even raclette.
Sold in ~150 g or ~200 g wedges. (Note: product photos are not intended to depict any particular size wedge.)
