Honey Truffle Gouda

This pasteurized goat's milk cheese is one of a kind.

Pieces of real truffle and honey are incorporated into the curd before molding. The texture is smooth, the truffle flavour is moderately strong, and the cheese itself tends toward a slightly sweeter flavor than other cheeses.

Pairs well with a Chardonnay or sparkling white wines.
