Aged six months or more, Midnight Moon is a blushing, ivory-coloured goat cheese that’s nutty and brown buttery up front with a long caramel finish.

Similar to a Gouda, as Midnight Moon ages, protein crystals form and lend a slight crunch to the otherwise dense and smooth cheese.

Know someone who doesn’t like goat cheese? Encourage them to dip their toes back in the water with Midnight Moon, which has been known to convert even the staunchest of goat cheese critics.

WOW!! I can't believe this is goat cheese

This has become a staple in our home, and may be my husband's new favorite cheese.

I really enjoy that it isn't a soft cheese and full of flavor.

Creamy and complex. I loved the crunchy crystals, which remind a little of a cave-aged gruyere, but with the creaminess of a gouda. Tastes a lot of Chevre Noir, which is hard to find in Ontario. This is a new mainstay among my goat cheese favourites.
